The Last Two Feet

Everyone agrees that whoever controls the Last Mile will be the winner in the race for subscribers. The most important piece of that Last Mile, however, is the Last Two Feet. The Last Two Feet does not refer to a length of cable, but rather to our technician, who stands in front of your customer. The customer may never meet another representative from your company. Consequently, our technician has become the most critical component of your customer’s experience; he can correct any existing problems, up-sell your other services, and answer questions about your company. His will be the Last Two Feet to walk out of a satisfied customer’s home or place of business and, because he has done his job correctly, no other feet will get through the door.
